Douglas Kruger, from Johannesburg, South Africa, represented Districts Not Assigned to Regions with his speech, "I Need Help." This was Douglas's third trip to the Championships, having competed previously in 2004 and 2005. Over the years, Jim and Douglas have developed a fantastic friendship.
