Rich Breiner represented Region IV with his speech entitled "The Sting of the Blade". This was Rich's third trip to the Championship, having competed previously in 2001 and 2004.
Though it looks like he's angry with Jim in this photo, I can tell you he's not ... Rich is just an exceptionally animated speaker. I snapped this photo while he was visiting with Jim after the contest.
